Accessing the Account Settings Page
- Navigate to the top-right corner of the SpeedVisa coordinator interface.
- Click on the school name.
- Select the gear icon next to "Your Account" to access the settings page.
What You Can Update
1. Basic Settings
You can update the following details, which may be shared with Japanese universities:
- Your Name: Update your full name as it appears in the system.
- Department Name: Specify your department for accurate correspondence.
- Address: Enter your official address.
2. Email Address
You can update your registered email address. This will be the primary contact used for system notifications and communications.
3. Password
Change your password to enhance account security or if you’ve forgotten it. Ensure it meets the recommended security criteria.
