  3. Open that group
  4. Look for:
    • Empty fields
    • Fields shown after selecting Yes / No

2. Criminal Record

This group has a Not applicable checkbox.

  • If you check “Not applicable” → No input required
  • If you do not check it → You must complete the field

  • If the family member has a residence card, enter name and address exactly as shown

Q. What should I enter if I do not belong to a research room?

If the field is displayed but it does not apply to you, enter:None or なし

Q. Can I add more than one family member in Japan?

A. Yes. Click the Add button to add another family member.

Q. Can I delete a family member entry?

A. Yes. You can remove an entry if it was added by mistake.

Q. What does “Relationship” mean?

A. It means the person’s relationship to you, such as:

  • Father
  • Mother
  • Husband
  • Wife
  • Child

Q. Can I use languages other than English or Japanese?
