Necessary Information for Application

Hometown Address: Enter your official residential address in your home country.

Family Register Address (For CoE Application Only): Enter this if your registered family address differs from your current address. Leave blank if they are the same or if no family register exists.

Place of Birth (For CoE Application Only): Provide the name of the city and province, matching your passport if possible. (Example: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture)

Intended Place to Apply for Visa (For CoE Application Only): Choose the country and city of the Japanese Embassy or Consulate where you plan to apply for your visa.

Port of Entry (For CoE Application Only): Select the airport you will arrive at in Japan. If your school has already filled this in correctly, you do not need to change it.
