In SpeedVisa, the photo uploaded in the Basic Information section under "Certificate Photo" will be used as the official application photo. To ensure your application is accepted, upload a photo that meets all the following requirements:

Photo size: At least 560px (height) × 420px (width)

Content: Only the applicant should appear in the photo

Face position: The top of the head to the chin must not go far beyond the green frame line (adjust on-screen as needed)

Headgear: None allowed; you must face forward

Background: Plain, with no patterns, textures, or shadows

Quality: Clear and sharp, not blurry

Date taken: Must be within the past 6 months

How will SpeedVisa use the uploaded photo?

If the application is submitted on paper: SpeedVisa will automatically insert the photo into page 1 of the application form. The image will be resized to fit correctly.

If the application is submitted online: SpeedVisa will automatically convert the photo to comply with Immigration requirements (JPEG/JPG format, under 50 KB).
