Once you submit your information in SpeedVisa, the screen locks automatically to prevent changes. If you need to update your submission, you can request your school to unlock the screen by following these steps.
📝 Steps to Request an Unlock
1. Access Your Dashboard

Log in to your SpeedVisa account.

From the main dashboard, select the [Fill out Residence Application] menu (as shown in the screenshot below).
2. Initiate an Unlock Request

On the residence application screen, look for the [Request Unlock] button at the top of the screen.

Click it to start your request.
3. Submit Your Request

A form will appear where you can enter the reason why you need to edit your information.

After entering your explanation, click the [Apply] button to send the request to your school.
4. Edit Your Information

Wait for your school to review and approve the unlock.

Once the screen is unlocked, the lock icon at the top will disappear.

You can now edit your previously submitted information.
How to Proceed
After submitting your unlock request, monitor your SpeedVisa dashboard. You will see the change once your school has approved it. You can then return to the form and update the necessary information.
