How should I fill in the Japanese Language Ability section?

You can enter your Japanese language ability in one or more of the following three ways. Please complete all the fields that apply to you.

1. Using Results from a Japanese Language Test

Test Name: Select the test name from the dropdown (e.g., JLPT, J-Test).

Exam Date: Enter the date you took the exam.

Level or Score: Choose or input the level/score you received.
2. Using Japanese Study Experience at a School

Name of Educational Institution: Enter the official name of the school.

Location (Address): Provide the school’s full address.

Enrollment and Graduation Dates: Select the period you studied there.

Hours of Study: Enter the total number of hours studied at that school.
3. Using Other Methods
If you have any other way to prove your Japanese skills (e.g., private lessons, work experience in Japan), enter the details in this section.
