How do I delete a file I uploaded on SpeedVisa?

You can delete a file if it has not yet been submitted or has been returned by the school. Submitted files cannot be deleted without help from school staff.

🗂️ Step 1: Access the Document Upload Screen

Go to Uploads
From the main SpeedVisa student screen, tap “Upload Certificate.” -
Select the File
Locate and tap the document you want to delete.
🗑️ Step 2: Delete the File

Preview the File
Tap the file name to open a preview, so you can confirm it's the correct file. -
Delete
Below the preview, tap the “Delete” button to remove the file.
⚠️ Important Notes

Files Marked as “Already Submitted”
These cannot be deleted directly by students. If you need to delete or replace a submitted file:-
Contact Your School
Ask the school administration to change the file status to “Not Submitted” or “Returned.”
Once updated, you will be able to delete or re-upload the file.
