🟥 Issue: The “Add” Button Doesn’t Work
Examples: You tried to add a test score, family member, or document, but nothing happened.
Try the following steps:

🟥 Issue: You Can’t Input or Save Your Data
Examples: You can't filled out a form, click "Save" does nothing, or red error messages appear.
Try the following:

Use half-width English letters for names

For example, “Faculty/Course Name” should be selected, not typed.
