2. Review your input
Errors often happen due to incorrect or missing input.
When an error message appears:

Dropdown fields: You may have typed manually in a dropdown field.

Invalid characters:

Make sure names contain only half-width (single-byte) English letters.

Phone numbers should contain only numbers.
If there's an issue, a red error message will appear below the field. Please correct the input based on the message.

3. When the green check mark doesn’t appear
This usually means that some required fields are still empty.
Common causes:

Unfilled sections (other than “Financial Support”):
Fields that are already filled in will be collapsed and show a green check mark.
Any sections still open likely contain unfilled fields. Please review those sections. -
Unfilled “Financial Support” section:
Missing details are often in the “Detailed Information” part, especially under “Background and payment method.”
If your school says this section is not required, you can enter “N/A” to avoid leaving it blank.
