📝 Additional Information

What is an Expense Statement?

An Expense Statement is a written pledge to cover your study abroad expenses. It includes details such as the planned payment amount, payment method, and information about the financial sponsor. The sponsor must sign and date the document.

1. If your school uses the SpeedVisa-provided format:

  • After entering the required information in SpeedVisa, your school will share a downloadable Expense Statement with your details included.

  • To download it:

    1. Log in to SpeedVisa.

    2. Go to "Fill out Residence Application" from your dashboard.

    3. You will see a “Download” button at the top of the page.

  • Download the document, print it, and have your financial sponsor sign and date it.

  • Upload a clear scan or photo of the signed document into the designated upload folder.

  • Application for Extension of Period of Stay

⚠️ Note: These documents will only appear on your screen if your school has chosen to share them with you.
