Graduate students (Master’s or Doctoral) or Research Students

If your research room and research theme are already decided
→ Enter the confirmed Research Room name, Mentoring Professor name, and Research Theme.
If your research room or research theme has not been decided yet
→ Write “TBD” for any items that are not decided.

Exchange students or other student types without a research room

If you do not belong to a research room
→ Write “None” or "なし".

If you are applying for a Period of Stay Extension (already living in Japan)
