You can freely communicate with all members (students, agents, and school staff) registered on the school screen through the messenger.
💡 What can you do by Messenger?
- Whom you can communicate with: Students, agents, and the school staffs registered on the school's screen. ※ Messages will not be sent to those whose email address has not been verified.
- You can send and receive text messages and files. ※ Files can be sent and received in most formats, including images, PDFs, Word, Excel, etc.
- Both one-on-one and group communication is possible.
- School staff can see the communication in all rooms as well as the room they are in, so they can see what other staff members are communicating.

💡 Possible uses

How to use on the School Screen
1) Open Messenger
Messenger is shown in the lower right corner on the school screen.
Click the symbol on the right to open the screen.
You can also enter text while viewing the application details screen, etc., as it appears in the same place no matter which screen you jump to.
2) Create Room (Only school staffs can do)
Click on "Create Room" to create a talk room.
Room creation can only be done from the school screen.
Name the room and set the members. Members can be set by searching and selecting their names.
💡 To search for a name, please enter the name as registered.
3) Send messages
You can send a message, when you set up a room. you both can send texts and files
4) Receive messages
You can get email notification, when you receive messages So you won’t miss messages!
💡 【Caution】Delate room
- Only school stuffs can delate your room
- all messages and files will be delated, when you delate a room and then you can’t recover datas
How’s going on student screen?
On the student screen, when a message is received, it is displayed at the bottom of the top page.Tap it to see the details.
On the student screen, you can reply to received messages (send and receive text and files). You cannot create rooms.
